How it works
No complicated contracts, no hidden fees. Here's everything you need to know before you move in.

Choose your unit
Pick a 10ft or 20ft container on our stock page and submit a reservation request. We'll text you within the hour to confirm your 48-hour hold — no payment needed upfront.
- 02
Move in
Come to the yard at Goffs Oak during access hours. We'll hand over your padlock and show you to your unit. You're in — same day if you need it.
- 03
Access any time
The yard is open 7 days a week. Drive straight up to your container, load and unload at your own pace. No booking required for visits.
- 04
Move out
Give us one week's notice when you're done. Clear your unit, hand back the padlock, and we'll settle up any remaining balance. No long-term tie-in.

Monday – Sunday: 6 am – 9 pm

Drive-up access — bring your own vehicle. Forklift assistance available on request.
Security
- Perimeter fencing with CCTV covering the full yard
- Coded gate access — your code, not shared
- Your own padlock on your container door
- On-site management during access hours
What's allowed
Accepted
- Household furniture and personal effects
- Business stock, tools, and equipment
- Bikes, sports gear, garden machinery
- Dry goods and packaged items
Not accepted
- Flammable liquids, gas, or explosives
- Perishable food or living things
- Illegal or hazardous materials
- Anything that produces fumes or odours
Payment and terms
- 4-week minimum term — no long-term contract required
- No deposit — pay only for the time you use
- Weekly or monthly billing by bank transfer or card
- One week's notice to vacate — that's it
